In three Maldives islands, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and the United Nations, the company has implemented three hybrid photovoltaic systems with genset back-up to power local desalination plants for fresh water production for the islands’ communities.

The Solar Photovoltaic hybrid systems were installed on the roofs of buildings and in carpots.
