This Privacy Statement refers exclusively to your personal data, which you provide to us only during your requests/orders to the company or through the company's website. Users retain the legal right to information, according to article 11 of law 2472/1997, the right of access to their data according to article 12 of law 2472/1997, as well as the right to raise objections at any time regarding the processing of data concerning them, according to article 13 of law 2472/1997. It is certified that only authorized employees have access to transaction information, and only when this is necessary, e.g. for processing requests/orders. In other respects, the COMPANY undertakes not to disclose customer data and their transactions, unless it has written authorization from them, or this is imposed by a court decision or decision of another public authority. Personal data declared electronically on the COMPANY's website is used exclusively by it or businesses collaborating with it, for the purpose of supporting, promoting and executing the transactional relationship. All documents and electronic data that will be exchanged between the parties within the framework of the transaction/sale will be kept by the COMPANY.

The instruction to store your data constitutes your explicit consent for the processing described above. In order to complete the order process, you provide your explicit and unreserved consent for the sending of automated or personalized electronic messages to the email address and/or mobile phone that you have disclosed to us, as well as any telephone communication to the phone numbers you have disclosed to us from COMPANY employees.
